BATCAM is a world leader in live aerials from our BATCAM UAV systems. We work weekly on large scale events, from Premier League to Champions League football to Horse Racing, Cricket, Rugby, Athletics, plus the odd wacky non live shoot in between. We also work on the largest international sporting projects. We regularly work with blue-chip clients such as Sky, TNT, BBC and ITV. As well as our aerial systems we have a suite of specialist cameras including wire and rail camera systems.

The role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join us at BATCAM - the UK leader in live aerials & specialist cameras. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in our office, located in Epping.

The Production Coordinator is a full time, permanent job role with an on call element. You will be an integral part of the operations of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of our broadcast events.

Working with our Head of Operations and another Production Coordinator the job would include but not limited to:

  • Risk Assessments
  • Film permits
  • Booking hotels
  • Travel Logistics - flights, trains, vehicle hire etc.
  • Booking OFCOM frequencies
  • Airspace applications
  • Crew Scheduling
  • Purchase Orders & Basic bookkeeping

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and integrate into our systems already in place, the candidate should be able to learn fast and think on their feet in a fast moving and changing industry. Someone who pursues the best possible quality and can always find fault in their work.

Essential:

Positive and 'can do' attitude.

Able to attend the BATCAM office in Epping at least 3 days a week

Computer skills, technology proficient

Desirable:

Previous experience of working in Logistics or in a Coordinator role

TV/Broadcast knowledge

Google apps suite experience

Xero or similar online bookkeeping experience.

Salary range

23-26k per annum dependant on experience.
